Blogger is a free platform for creating a blog. That means you don't need to pay money for domain registration or hosting your website on blogger. Once you get  blogging experience from blogger, you can build a professional self hosted blog on word press, Joomla etc.

1. For sign up process first of all you must have a Google account. If don't have Google account login to  https://myaccount.google.com and create it first.

4. Click on sign in button, it shown on the upper right corner of the window.
5. Then enter your Google username and password.
6. Select a profile type. Click on Create a Google+ profile to create a single account to use across all Google properties.
7. Follow the online prompts to finish creating your Google+ or limited Blogger profile.
8. Enter a Display Name and click Continue to Blogger. The display name is the name that your readers will know you by.
9. Click on Create New Blog.
10. Then check the availability of your domain name. If available, your domain will be in the form of yourdomainname.blogspot.com.
11. Enter the word verification and click continue.
12. Choose a best template for your site. This is the basic design and layout of your blog. 
13. Finish.
14. You can change your blogger templates later.

1. Active in Social Network
