1. For sign up process first of all you must have a Google account. If don't have Google account login to  https://myaccount.google.com and create it first.
2. Select domain name before entering into blogger website
3. Go to Blogger link https://www.blogger.com.
4. Click on sign in button, it shown on the upper right corner of the window.
5. Then enter your Google username and password.
6. Select a profile type. Click on Create a Google+ profile to create a single account to use across all Google properties. If you'd like to use a pseudonym or limit your exposure on Google, click on Create a limited Blogger profile.
7. Follow the online prompts to finish creating your Google+ or limited Blogger profile.
8. Enter a Display Name and click Continue to Blogger. The display name is the name that your readers will know you by.
